If it is discontinued, that's good news for me since I'm selling my BLNR for the new 126710 BLRO!

Stopped by Rolex head office in London today at St James Square (NB - they do not sell any watches here, but are the main office and also for servicing/repair). Their latest brochure and [separate] price list (April 2018) does not list the BLNR.
Staff said 'no' when asked if the BLNR was a current model. Any sales are run out stock. |

It bums me out that no one cares that the stainless LN might get discontinued.

A polar dial would solve everything. Blaken gets close with their Pan-Am vintage line. |

I just got a call as I've been on waitlist at my AD for the 116710BLNR for a while. They got a shipment in last night and called me as I'm 1/12 on list.
It's going for retail $8,550 with stickers still on. This is a great deal, right? Lot of "unworn" after market ones going for $10,500-$11,000+ Thoughts? Doesn't seem to be officially discontinued. |

This is a thread that keeps on ticking, like that old Timex commercial that I saw online. As a BLNR owner who would never sell or trade my watch, if you are thinking that this model will continue and with the new movement, I respectfully think not, and not to increase any potential sale or trade value on my part. Rolex has figured out how to do the differing bezel colors, and given the Pepsi GMT response, will be moving on accordingly to new color schemes. Personally I think the Coke will be coming to replace it, but who knows what else. The Root beer was also unexpected, and I am grabbing a two-tone if and when it arrives.

Beautiful. Had no idea. Wonder how the business model is working out at Blaken. For $19K, you can get a decent vintage that will be worth more every year.

I heard its discontinued because Rolex just signed a deal with Marvel. So expect a JANR aka Wolverine soon.

No AD "orders" watches - Rolex NA distributes them according to their own algo and discretion based on sales, volume, current store inventory etc. ADs don't know when something is coming until it arrives. Their relationship with their rep might give them a heads up but not much else. If they could "order" everyone would have ordered all the BLNRs and LV because it is the quickest sale with long wait lists. |

Excellent choice.
I was simply joking about no one caring about the LN anymore. Every other incoming thread is about a BLNR. They don't seem all that rare. It wouldn't surprise me if fewer LNs are made these days. They just look more prevalent because dealers move BLNRs more quickly. |

Agreed. Great looking watch but for $19k I'd rather have a 16750 matte dial, 16700, 16760, 116710, 126710 or some combo of two.

Lmao...you think I waste my time manipulating the price of luxury watches? No, and I don’t have a BLNR. Notice the price increase in oil lately? That was me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I was at my AD yesterday and they had the new 2018-2019 Rolex book. I don't know if this means anything, but the GMT II section does not show the 116710 LN or BLNR. The first picture is the 126710 BLRO Pepsi, and the other new models are represented and they do show the 116713 LN and the 116718 LN as well as the 116719 BLRO. Does anyone know if all available models are shown in the book, or do they simply highlight the newer models and the ones that they want to showcase vs all available models?

For the conspiracy theorists, can you show us the page with the SS blro and the Chnr so they don't accuse you of showing something from last year....I mean I believe you....but the way these threads have been going lately....
