Well, first off, if it's the Super Jubilee, it would have to be 21 mm lug width............which I don't believe Rolex have manufactured yet.

Secondly, if such a change were to take place, it would have been done AFTER the Basel fair - not BEFORE.

I still say the watch on his wrist is the older 36 mm DJ.

I think JJ may be right. Hard to tell from the pic but I thought the DJII would look bigger than that.

Yes, I read that - still not sure if that guy was holding the right watch.

I'll believe it when Rolex announce it.

Sorry - JJ

That Vanity Fair ad itself is quite stupid. They've got the DJ2 sitting up front on the Oyster............and in the background that guy sporting the DJ on Super Jubilee - makes no sense.

This is a major cock-up on the ad itself.

actually JJ, me thinks it Rolex playing silly buggers with us right before the Basel show.

I didnt think they would release the new bracelet this close before the basel show.....

Sneaky bastids they are me thinks.

More importantly.... How is your dodgy eye JJ? Hope you are giving it plenty of rest!!

Some know nothing in the advert agency can't tell the difference between the two?

Other than that who knows.

It's not a DJ2 on the guy's wrist. You can take that all the way to the bureau de change.

any chance of a better pic of that ad?

Like i said earlier today, rolex is known for photoshopping their ads to make it confusing for people, or they just plain mixing up 2 different watches in an ad to...... Confuse people

I've got an almost 8" wrist & the DJII looks way bigger on mine than it looks on the guy in the ad'.

I've gotta agree with the bald fella on this one chaps.
