Is the date important? I would pick the SD.

This is definitely one you'll want to try on before buying any. They're all different & many different sizes- all much larger than the Day-Date.

Personally the Sea Dweller's too big for my tastes. & tall- I had a Planet Ocean briefly but it wouldn't fit over cuffs well - SD is similar height. I had a Submariner & found it too big (& the Milgauss is also 40mm + the larger bezel made it feel bigger to me when I wore one).

I went w/ the Explorer. Had the great lume for night time reading, not common. Classic, virtually unchanged style. But 36mm is starting to feel too small for many. Now that it's going to be 39mm you might take a look.

SD all the way, I had the chance to grab one under 3k and didnt do so now I kick myself everyday...

I have a DJ and a DSSD, and I use one for work and the other for weekends. I would say go for the DSSD but you have to try it on before you buy it. Some people just don't like the size.

Ok I'm down to these 3. I tried on the Sea Dweller, and it was too big on my wrist. It made my wrist look like Flava Fav. Sorry the pics aren't so great, but everyone here probably knows what they really look like. I could only use my phone to take pics in the store. So help me pick?

Out of those three, it would be a toss up between the LV and the GV.

GV - more eye catching
LV - more versatile (you can change to a black bezel)

The SD would be a great addition!! It's much more functional and sporty than your presidential. You can then have one as a daily wearer and casual days and one for dressy days.

If you thought the SD looked ridiculously big, you must have tried on the Deep Sea - the 16600 definitely does NOT wear bigger than the Milgauss.

Personally, I'm trying to choose my next, and the Milgauss is high on the list (though a tad too dressy with all the polished surfaces). I love the LV and SD, but it's hard to say no to the updated features on the Milgauss for approximately the same price.

As a first Rolex and different style than the one you have I suggest a SD.
The Millgauss is a good choice as a 2nd or 3rd Rolex.
You may also consider a SS GMT II C .. Good Luck!
