For me, it's got to be the Sub, but you can't go wrong with either!

I do like the looks of the pepsi, but don't need the GMT funtion. I say if you need the GMT get the pepsi. If not get the sub!

Classic sub! It is the sport watch. With Rolex being the the originator of the diving watch, if I could chose one it would be the sub.

However, your choice was either Sub Serti Dial or GMT. Given only those choices it would be the GMT, as it is the looker between the two.

Not having the quick set date of the Sub is a non-issue as you can change the date fairly quickly on the GMT as you just have to move the hour hand a couple of revolutions.

The serti Sub is undoubtedly an acquired taste, but if you like a bit of bling, I'd say go for it - there are far fewer of them around than Pepsi GMTs.
