SD Braclet Question
I don't know if I'm being too anal about my watch, but I have a question to ask with regards to the braclet on my SD (Purchased new at AD 2 months ago).
When I hold the watch in my hand and let the braclet hang down freely, the link that is attached to the 6 o'clock SEL hangs nice and evenly from both sides of the end-link of the watch. However, this isn't quite the case for the link attached to the SEL at the 12 o'clock side of the braclet. Looking at the watch when it's off of my wrist, and as the braclet hangs downwards freely, it looks like it's a little uneven between the link and the oyster-case due to maybe the fact that the link is either generally bigger/wider than the link at the 6 o'clock side of the watch, or maybe the oyster case wasn't machined enough on the inner left-side at 12 o'clock and the link is rubbing/hitting the case and pushing it out of position and more to the right. Can someone post a picture of their SD's 12 o'clock position with the braclet hanging downwards. I don't have a digital camera so I can't show mine. Worse comes to worse, I'd go to my AD and get it straightened out as I'm afraid tighteness of the case against the link may end up bending/warping the pin in the braclet. That is unless this is just how the braclet was made and considered an acceptable issue and nothing to worry about. Thanks |
