If it's on a weekend than I might be able to swing it.

Have we set a date yet? I'm not sure I could make it out to the Lincoln Park location depending on date. I could easily make it out to Oak Brook on most weekends, though.

I guess I left town at the right time :-) I totally escape the blizzard in Chicago.

So, are we still on for the Chicago meet up?

I'm not to familiar with the Rolex AD's in the city so I can not be of much help but I still want to join in the fun. The only Rolex AD that I know of in the city is James & Sons in Lincoln Park!!!

I know I saw either an AD or Boutique that is due to open this spring sometime being advertised on North Michigan. CD Peacock is on North Michigan and they are an AD, but their shop is a bit small. They do of course have a number of watch shops all along North Michigan. Just came back from Chicago yesterday.

James and Son has plenty of street parking in that area.
The new Rolex boutique is opening next to Nordstrom but parking is a pain around there.
There is also CD Peacock inside Nordstrom.
How about that weather we had yesterday huh? hope everyone got a chance to enjoy it!!

It was too bad that was the day I had to drive back home, but still all in all had a marvelous time in Chicago. Got to See Rod Stewart and Stevie Nicks when I was there.

I have bought both of my Rolexes at James & Sons and they are a good company to deal with. And yes, the weather was great yesterday and on
Saturday as well...went to some garden centers to look around with the wife!!!

last time I only saw a new watch boutique is in progress right across the street from bloomingdale at N. Michigan, it was an omega shop though, not sure if you're referring to the same one.

The Omega boutique has opened for a few month now. The Rolex boutique is opening about 6-7 blocks south from Omega. Its literally next to the Cartier store. Its suppose to open in Spring of 2011... which should be any day now.

I am aware of the Omega Boutique, I have been there. No this is the new Rolex Boutique or AD due to open sometime in the Spring.

Hey, could you send me what you're talking about?

If a solid date is put down, I may be able to work out a quick trip.

Thanks!

Just pass by the rolex boutique (right next to cartier) mentioned above , it's still not open yet.

Usually what can a rolex boutique do if we agree on a GTG with them?
