x2... London Calling changed the way I looked and listened to music in 1980 in high school.

I voted the S/P but I have an overwhelming love for the Clash. I lived in Middlesbrough and Newcastle England for some time. Their music is still on the radio daily.

Very nice you did a great job with it. That is really a project to be proud of.

Great attention to detail and research.

Does it bother you when you scratch it?

Although I love The Clash and have seen them several times..there is only 1 true Punk band and that is The Sex Pistols.
John Lydon and co were the epitomy of Punk in the U.K.
As for the rest....The Damned......The Stranglers...Chelsea...Sham69...etc..they all just got on the punk bandwagon and were not in the same league.

I use to know Topper from The Clash, he was one of my fathers friends. He gave me and Axe in Glastonbury 1984, his girlfriend was called Veronica and i worked on her stall for a couple of days hehe, i was only 12 years old :)

My father had ago at him for giving me the axe XD I really liked him though and he was a right laugh. He took me back stage though i cant remember the bands, though i was looking forward to meeting The Thompson Twins but they never arrived :p

Clash all the way though i do really like Sex Pistols too.

Sex Pistols = Entertainers, Clash = Musicians. I'll take The Clash any day.
