Reasons are 1) no numbers on the dial and 2) only one shade of orange on the entire watch (lume of the GV and white is a different shade from the text and hand). The GV is pure character. I also considered the Explorer which is pure class. The black Milgauss is the perfect balance of class and character. |

My opinion is that the Gv at a distance seen on the wrist in the wild is one of the finest Rolex watches of them all as the light reflects off the green surround. However up close side by side the standard black wins the competition in my opinion for its simplistic look. I still believe however the white face Milgauss is the best in the Milgauss collection.

Women like the sparkle of a diamond. I like my GV's unique light reflection properties.

The black one is so bland and has no soul.
The GV is a cool looking watch. |

Considered the Milgauss for a year, and got the back dial. Love it!
The GV crystal rim is nice but the overall tint throws off visibility. The white is an absolute stunner, but I prefer a black dial. The actual watch and case size aand bracelet are great. Awesome watch. Whatever you choose is strictly personal preference. Can!t go wrong with any... |

IMHO its the GV all the way, for cleaner lines I would choose the DJII with the black dial and fluted bezel.
