both look great.

but, ask yourself is there another model you would really like over these, but for the rubles? if so, consider waiting and getting what you really want. you seem to be hesitating....

P.S. Bracelet material is better on 214270 than on 14060m
I'm still far more partial to the Sub. I think it is just all around better.

Oh yeah? Let me pitch in I find the 16570 very attractive personally so I would go with that one. Dress up/down with ease and you don't see another one every time you turn a corner

Explorer looks too small on you, in my opinion. Sub looks great.

I dont Like the way the little band looks with that big case if rolex wanted to make a bigger watch whe dont they make the band abt 1 or 2 mm bigger to compensate. Breitling made the band bigger they didnt just through the same size on a bigger watch I just dont understand why Rolex wants to change after being the most successful brand I think they should go back to the old styles with new fast movements this new machined crap looks like a citizen to me dont like it

Personally I'do go for the 14060m, but that it's just me... you're the one who's gonna pay and wear that watch! If you like the Explorer the best, don't listen to anybody and get exactly what you want! Otherwise you'll be always regretting "what if i took the other...".

Don't settle for what you can afford today. Save for a few more months and get the Rolex of your dreams. Based on your age, consider the Sub, or GMT. They are sporty and will be timeless classics. If you really want to treat yourself, look for a minty preowned and go for a 2 tone. Post pictures when you decide. Good luck.

Get what you love.

Me? The 14060M all the way. My Daytona gets very little wrist time due to my 14060M. A timeless classic.
