Would I be right in saying a money clip is mainly an American/Canadian thing. I've never used a money clip nor know anyone who does. Maybe it's because our British notes are all different sizes.
I just use a fairly small Jeffery West wallet.

I use a money clip and bought something called a "Callet" which is awesome...it is a skin for my iPhone that has slots in the back for my drivers lic. and 1 or 2 CC's. It is so practical and I always get great compliments on it. Highly recommend it.

Coach men's card holder/clip
When I'm traveling light and a wallet for holding everything else. I also have these But of course I never use them.
