These watches; Air-Tiger, Air-Lion, Air-Giant, and Air King, were at 31mm the biggest Rolex Oysters to date, even bigger than the Oyster Royal, the most expensive Rolex in those days.

Wrist may have grown since then but what has definitely changed is the perception of how big a gents watch should be.

I have small wrists and I use a mid-size Air-King, no problems at all about it.
