If you send it to RSC, they will do a service so you are looking at $600 to $700. The insert cost is $100. A watchmaker can replace and will likely charge $50 if the watch does not require a service. If it does require a service then get it serviced.

The last link you sent worked, but you had to crop the url out of the image brackets. From those photos the green insert doesn't look correct. Your watch looks great though!

Ok thanks what doesn't look right though it is a fake insert I know think thi because they didn't make them green till 1995 but is it in wrong and thanks for the compliment

The watch you have pictured wasn't produced until 2003 (I think) and the pearl on the insert is too yelowish to be a Rolex supplied sumer-lunminova pearl found on sub inserts. Some of your facts are off. Goodluck getting it figured out!
