Thats a great point. I have looked at the dial very closely under light, but not yet with a magnifier or loupe.

I seriously need to buy a loupe, I have no idea why I don't have one till now.

Im gonna keep that and mind and remember to take a close look at it, especially look the roman numerals on it, beautiful!
