Pimp away, bro! Pimp away!
So did you end up with the Daytona? Day-date or GMTIIC in 18K are very tempting as well. And there is always the red gold Rubberclad... |

I agree....both those rolex options and the AP are definite winners This could be the start of something.....or the end.....will have to wait and see The daytona is one of my top Rolex choices in terms of design.....wears a bit smaller than the gmt2c which is why I think in all yellow gold it'll be a good first point for me. The added colors in this particular dial also retain a strong sports edge ..... Don't think I'm quite ready for the DD just yet.

VC 42015 white dial / yellow gold on a brown strap
Or VC Royal Eagle chronograph white or silver dial on brown leather. Or kind of considering springing extra money for AP Jules Audemars Reserve De Marche... Probably skipping Rolex for my next piece. I would really love a SD but I just don't know if I want one right now.. it would be smarter for me as school + work + saving for my own business venture within the next 5-6 years takes a lot out of me and money should mainly be focused on those areas... But we only live once, right!? I think I deserve something really nice to enjoy for now. Just incase. You never know what tomorrow will bring... |

I picked up a PP 5711 and a AP 15300 already, so I may very well be done for 2012.

Picked up my AP Rubberclad already this year and with a major home remodel going on, not sure if I will pull the trigger on anything else for a while but one never knows.

I'm thinking about either a Dornbluth Jasmine, Rolex Airking fluted bezel or a vintage Patek Top Hat.
After receiving my Helson Shark Diver I'm now done with massive watches for a while.

I am picking up a black dial SS Daytona for my brother later this month---he is starting to pick up my illness. I am also trying to negotiate a deal for another PP Nautilus. Hope I can get hold of that watch soon. I think that's it for 2012!

Started my collecting at the beginning of Mar this year, and in the space of 8 weeks have acquired, all BNIB, a Sub, GMT, Milgauss, Daytona and RG Daytona, I'm done for the rest of 2012!!! But maybe could squeeze in a Moonwatch if a nice one came up!
2013 though .... hmmm? |

IWC Portuguese 5001-07
EDIT : Just realized I already posted. So it's really between that Portuguese, or RO 15300/Reverso TT 1931.
