While I can respect the convenience of the lug holes, I went none on my BTT sub for the cleaner look on the sides of the case. It's a personal choice...

Until I picked up a GMT with holes I would have voted none, now that I see how it looks and how easy it is to change to straps had to vote for holes!

Get a SD in the best condition you can find for a good price, doesn't matter whether it's with lug holes or not, it makes no difference unless it specifically makes a difference to you. You buy a watch to wear and enjoy unless you're buying one as a safe queen that will never be worn. And even so, any difference in value is bound to be negligible.
