I think I've got about 18, without counting - 4 Rolex (gold sub/date, SS sub/date, vintage TT datejust and Explorer 1). Others include a few vintage Omega Seamasters, IWCs, a JLC, an American-made RGM, some germans (Sinn, Schauer, Stowa), etc. Too many to wear on a regular basis, but what can I say - I guess I'm a collector. Good news is that Rolex, and to a lesser extent IWC, got me hooked on finer timepieces.

JJ you got rid of that beautiful Explorer II white face? I may still get one, even if you've forsaken it...

I'm still a 2-Rolex man at heart and Bluesy had to stay....so the other 2 (Expy and LV) had to go in order to make room for the Pt. YM. As simple as that!! JJ

3 Panerai
1 Seiko Marinemaster 1 Rolex For those members thinking of making the move to Panerai or straying off the Rolex brand...be careful, as the Panerai brand is pretty addictive once you find it...it took about two years before I even thought of taking my rolex off the winder. I just finished my "12 Step Program" with Panerai and am happy to say that I am now able to put my Rolex back on.... ;-) Wife is getting a TT Yachtie for Christmas...so shhhhhhhhh.....me, I'm gettin another Rolie--GMT IIC and the fingers are still crossed for the Daytona "call from the dealer".... |
