Wolf designs makes this great Box storage box. It's basically just a regular box you keep the box in except its got the Wolf logo so it costs roughly $1300. If you add $800 you get a box storage box protector box (which is $1500 if you buy it separately). The box storage box protector box is basically a bigger box which you can protect your box storage box (cause c'mon you gotta protect your investments, it's a $1300 box).

Yes when I get one. Was in a store couple of weeks ago and the owner told me he no longer is selling the box with his used Rolexes as he says they are harder to come by and he likes to display all of his Rolexes in boxes.

Interesting. Empty Rolex boxes are often for sale on the internet.

Those red leather type Omega boxes seem bad about that. Mine did the same thing.

My green leather Rolex box however is just fine. Both stored right next to one another on the closet shelf.

I mainly keep my Rolex box to easily trade for another watch when I get bored.

Yeh this is standard thing with the red omega boxes. The rolex boxes seem to hold up a hell of a lot better

I usually toss boxes regardless how nice they are, except the Rolex one. I know if I sell or give the watch away the receiver might enjoy having the box with it.

Definitely. If you check the sales pages of various web sites, you will see that the boxes are worth more than the watches.

Yes I keep all my watch boxes and papers in a safe spot. Although I have a tendency to keep the box from anything I buy much to the chagrin of my girlfriend.

Standard omega

They're notorious for this. Don't be alarmed. I think many omega fans almost expect it.

I keep my boxes in a closet. I put them in a big ziplock bag and suck out the air.

No one had any box that had disintegrated skin? My Red Omega suffered that after staying in a closed closet for years. Now I have to look for a better storage space for my Rolex Box.

Yes, I keep all boxes and paperwork, except for my DOXA, that came in a nice foam lined aluminum tube instead of a box!

Wow, that sounds just a bit too complicated for me, a box to protect my box... the box storage box protector box is a bigger box to protect your box storage box...

What temperature do you set the air conditioner on and do you have a backup generator in case of a power failure??

My box is in a closet somewhere.

I have kept all my Rolex boxes and the paperwork and receipts. I doubt I will ever need them for anything, as I don't plan on selling my watches, but they don't take up that much space and they are part of the package.

I keep all boxes and papers of all my watches.

Our climate is quite dry most of the year, so they do not deteriorate nor need special attantion.

You need to let them breath once or twice per year, and smell this leather aroma.
