I just had the same debate with myself. I was looking for a second watch, first one is a TT 116233 jubilee band.
I went LV since it is so much different. If I didn't have a Rolex yet, I would have gone Yacht since it is more versatile. |

Blue YM is really nice but LV is more versatile for me.

YM gets my vote. LVC is a gorgeous watch but i think they could have done a better job in the shade of green for the bezel

It's funny this comparison thread, as I actually love them both and was torn. my heart was set on the LVC--until i saw the basel pics of the new ym. I bought the YM though, maybe because it was new? My next watch will be the LVC.

LVC. Brushed links and better resale value down the road......if you ever flip

LVC, it not easy finding a good looking green watch and the blue dial are pretty common in Rolex collections.

Gotta go with the YM. And it's a decision I've been contemplating recently as well.

I tried a blue ym on the other day, and man it is a nice looking watch, a real eye catcher .. On that basis, I say blue.... Can't wait to get my own

Although my vote is still for the LVC, the blue YM is stunning. At least for me, I feel the price is pretty steep for a watch so similar to a Sub. I'm sure you'd be happy either way.

LV without question -- a classic with some nice touches. Nice dial on the YM but the bezel doesn't work for me.
