Funny, but it seems that in recent pics of the smurf, the blue looks darker than before. Is it possible that Rolex deepened the blue in an effort to get closer to the old blue (understanding that they've now switched back to it entirely)?

White gold, I think. I don't think Rolex sells a SS sub with a blue dial. TT, YG and WG.

I also think TT and YG have the new sunburst dial, while WG keeps the lighter "smurf" blue.
