From the pics rather not the best pics this I snot something I would pursue. That being said if you could obtain some much higher quality pics this may be a non issue. As others have said there are some glaring issues however it could just be the pics

Tough one to see from the pictures, but the manuals and certificate does not look appropriate to the watch, seems like he added a bunch of neccesities to make it look as complete as possible. Take the watch to an AD to check out.
