I am generally not quick to take offense but did find the original poster's comment pretty insulting. Not really a big deal though, as it's easy to trade digs on a internet forum and is really meaningless. I for one appreciate the connection between fine mechanical items, be it a Rolex or an Ed Brown 1911 (although I prefer the Les Baer for my money) or whatever.

Well guys this thread is now closed before it gets out of hand, and I remind you this is the Rolex watch forum and not a gun forum.There are plenty of forums to discuss guns etc this is a watch forum.
