Maybe you could take a pic of each as they open the box. Sometimes giving a great gift is better than getting one...sometimes.

I kinda of guessed too but I figured the one guy who wanted the yacht master would have been a polar EXP 2 because orange hand and the "tool" watch appeal, but his favorite color is blue hence the Blue dial.

One day we were at a bar in the mall where the AD was and I had them go in with me and try on what they like and these were their choices. It worked out too because the watches value matched the order of who sold more. There was always a hint if they hit certain numbers then a rolex would be rewarded but they have no idea getting in a couple days.
very smooth Tyler your are a good man!

If there were more employers like you out there employees would be much more loyal. I am in sales and have been strapped with very high expectations for as long as I can remember. In a "declining" business my goal has gone from $1.6m to $3.4m in 5 years, and I never miss. Exceeded this year by 10%, again. If my employer did this I would $hit myself. Never in a million years. We used to get a very nice glass trophy if we exceeded goal, that stopped last year as well.
And then the turnover started to pick up.

This is a big thing, but it is the little things that keep employees happy.

Kudos to you and congratulations to your sales staff members on a great year and a Merry Christmas!!

Great and generous gesture on your part.
It's nice to see a boss take care of their good employees. Many are only out for themselves these days. It will only inspire them to do even better.

That is very cool, especially the personal touch.

I won a GMT Master while working for AT&T Microelectronics way back when.

I was thrilled to get it, of course, but it wouldn't have been my first choice; in fact, I ended up giving it to my father...

Wish my work had done that, I got an engraved Bulova desk clock and enough cash to buy a a couple of Rolexes. Paid toward my mortgage and went on vacation.

This is such a kind and selfless gesture but the popcorn eating Rolex fan in meet wishes you would shamelessly take pictures of their reactions and post them! Beautiful choices by the way regardless of feeling out their particular favorite model. I love your taste.
