Outside looks legit, no idea about the internals though, to be 100% take it to Rolex or take pictures of the movement and post it.

Or just trust that it is ok.

If you bought it a an authorised dealer as you say it is impossible that it be fake, relax

Great shot of the LEC in the second photo. Pretty tough to copy those so it looks good to me.
