Actually Johnny, that link was one of the things that cinched my purchasing a Black Monster back some months ago. Excellent info - and I love mine. The only thing I really miss is the hacking feature, but that is minor!

Backward pressure on the crown does the hacking reasonably well. There are even Breguets that don't hack, so the Monster is in good company.

Yes, I actually figured that out, but I was afraid that turning it backwards like that would somehow damage the spring. Glad I'm in good company with that, John!
