AP Service
I've read a good number of negative reviews re: the above. I am here to summarize my experience.
I dropped off my 15202 at the Bal Harbour boutique for third year warranty extension and pressure testing. The staff was very pleasant, they showed me some great references and invited me to an AP sponsored golf event in August (but I will be on vacation so not going to make it). Two weeks in, the staff emailed me to advise of a slight delay as the watchmaker recommended replacing a part that would need to come from Switzerland. The staff stayed in contact with weekly emails and called me twice. The staff at the boutique emailed and called me yesterday to advise that the watch was ready. I went in and again very pleasant folks. Played with the RG 15202 - wow, what a watch. I asked that the watch not be polished/touched in any respect and all good. Picked up the jumbo and received the nice service box I have seen in pictures before. Watch is running great and showing nicely during our commute to work together this morning. Might as well pair it with some cufflinks. Be well folks.
