Super Jubilee

I think it's an interesting twist for the BLNR as it makes it feel retro while the ceramic bezel makes it feel modern.

I wear mine with original PCL's. Thought about brushing it early on. In retrospect, Im glad I didn't. Looks great as is.

Brushed for me. I had a blnr for a few months and wore it exclusively on my glidelock to see if I wanted to brush the bracelet. Looked sensational but I didn't like the non factory aspect and moved on.

Good point. It's a flashy bezel and bcl calms that down. But again it's a none factory setting like he said above. I ended up selling mine btw

PCL for me, I like the look better and to me you would be destroying a brand new watch and how it was intended to look. Keeps the dressy edge when you want it

If you want brushed that's what the sub is for IMO

I thought I would prefer BCL because that was similar to my previous (non-Rolex) watches and seriously thought about getting a Sub bracelet, but within a week I decided the PCL looks subtle and beautiful with the BLNR, and now I much prefer it.

I still like how the BCL looks in general, and now I am starting to consider a 114060 and actually having a "collection." Damn you, Rolex!

I prefer brushed, but can see the argument for keeping the watch original. It doesn't look bad at all. The PCLs definitely work.

Don't really have any personal history with Rolex as a brand, but the move towards PCLs on a GMT watch really kills the tool watch heritage and seems propel it even further into the shiny jewelry direction that Rolex has been slowly moving towards. Especially on a stainless steel watch.

I have no problem with PCL, makes the watch looks more shining, however its totally subjective. So go with what you think the best for you.

I really figured BCLs would take the cake. Taste is subjective I suppose. A coke with BCL is my grail at the moment...

I voted for the Polished center links (PCL) but that jubilee bracelet looks GREAT!

I wish my BLRO was BCL. And the ceramic bezel wasa matte finish. But I still love it. :)

The GMT is NOT a tool watch ... it is a cosmopolitan world traveler’s watch. The Tudor GMT (and others) is a tool GMT.

Polished for me on this sophisticated piece ... and even better on:

When I need brushed, I grab this:

It's OK to take the stickers off! Or is that tape?

Why’s it not a tool watch?

It’s got shock protection, waterproof to a 100m, a screw down crown, some level of anti-magnetism ... sounds like a tool watch to me.

If it wasn't for potential resale one day, I would, hands down, sand the sides and middle of all that shiny chrome. Looks like a Buick. 🙄😢

Then there’s the polished hands. Only wish I could get the explorer II black hands swapped in to my blro.

Would they let me do that?

I prefer brushed. So I bought a glide lock 97200 bracelet and wear it with that. I would not want to brush the OEM bracelet. Sometimes I wear the PCL. It’s a nice switch.

I think I'm going have to down that path. Only issue is the high polish sides.: rolleyes:

I did the exact some thing! I love my BLNR on either. But for now it lives on the brushed.

You could have a watchmaker brush the sides. I have a wheel at home and I could do it in 2 minutes. It’s easy.

Any local watchmaker can brush the sides for you.

Polished .If you want brushed ,buy a sportie with brushed .Many around ...

BLNR with oyster beats BLNR and BLRO on jubilee.

10-15 years from now the BLNR on oyster will have a much higher value compared to now.
Just hold on to it .

Keep it polished the way Rolex thoughtfully designed it. Isn’t that why you bought it? Not a big fan of frankenrolexes of any degree
