I think this has been covered before but a few searches come up with nothing. 5 minutes surfing rolex.com and I'm incredibly frustrated. Did they do ANY usability testing on that site? Without clicking on the sitemap, i can't even find their watches. They have their whole site in flash which makes navigation a nightmare. I can't even find a link to provide feedback on their crappy site!
