If you like the size of the YM, I'd probably go with an AP ROO. If I wanted something smaller, maybe a PP 5164 or 5980. If you want another Rolex.... hmm WG/PT Daytona.

If my first watch was a Sub or Explorer or some stainless steel sport model, then a nice DJ or a Daytona, perhaps in precious metal. If you're going Rolex, that is.

I agree with most folks here, PM Daytona (Platona?) if another sports watch is what you want. If you're more interested in a dress watch, then Patek Calatrava or Vacheron Patrimony. My 2 cents.
