You might want to try the xs strap. It will give you a better fit with your wrist size (or even mixing both).

I have an appointment with the APRC in Clearwater tomorrow afternoon at 2 PM to do just that. They will have the small strap ready for me as well as a couple of different leather straps to check out and try on. I'm definitely buying the small rubber strap but if the technician there shows me it's easy to change straps myself I will also purchase a leather strap to go on it. I will let you fellas know how the visit went and post some pictures of my watch with the new smaller strap tomorrow evening.

Reason being is I watched the technician change it for me and explain to me how you do it and it looked very complicated. Including the loctite that they use. I did look at the gator and GP strap and to love them both however it just seems like too much of a pain in the ass to do myself. They did offer to do it anytime I wanted if I just brought it by. I think I will hang out on this sub forum for a little while and listen to you guys and your opinions on changing straps. I can always go back and get it whenever I want. They did give me a nice AP hat.

It's really not hard at all with two 1.4mm screwdrivers and some loctite. If you're worried about scratches just put tape on the lugs. For a simple strap change you remove the screws in the strap. For a bracelet change (42mm) you remove the ones on the case with the plots. I've changed the straps on every AP I've owned multiple times and never had issue. Although I did drop the little screw cap one time on the carpet and it did take me a good 20min to find.

So 1.4mm screwdriver for the little screws in the strap? Those are the ones the tech at AP removed to replace my strap to the smaller one. 1.4mm for the 44mm ROO?
