Please remove it. It's like people keeping the plastic stickers on their phones or on their computer monitors.

I don't think scratches add character just like I don't think that Scratches on a car add character either. If you can't see them leave them on until they start peeling then take them off . No harm no foul no scratches.

I can't tell you how many meetings I've attended over the years where someone has left their suit tag on and I'm like "nooooo!" but don't feel comfortable in telling them their faux pas.

This reminds me of the Key and Peele skit with the hats and leaving the stickers and tags on.

Nope. All stickers must go...part of the beauty of the Rolex (for me anyway) is how good the metal feels against the skin.

I used to interview a lot of people and I can not tell you how many guys would walk in with that tag still on their suit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Stickers off! I hate when people do that. Or leaving the manufacturers plastic on their cell phone. Or TV, or yes, even couch. I've seen it.

So much wrong with that picture, the tag is only the beginning. Take the stickers off folks, just do it.

When you buy a car, do you leave the sticker in the window?

The case stickers at the top of the bracelet on PCL models are noticeable from day 1 and I pull them. Normally within 2 weeks the watch it sticker free. I absolutely understand what everyone is saying but this is what I do and I am okay with it. This is normal practice where I live and most people I know do the same. My wife has worn her 1 piece maybe 6 times in two years as she favours her DD so that is why hers is fully stickered and sits in the safe. Her 2 other pieces have zero stickers but they were not significant gifts and are worn around the house. |

Stickers, like Sunburns, eventually peel on their own

I suppose it's good for the next buyer? When I bought my sub I found some stickers were still there but because of that the watch looks like new

I'm personally guilty of keeping the stickers on all my modern Rolex watches to the point that I have been called a fake collector and/or rumored to not own my watches as I am posting dealer stock! LMFAO!!!! Hahahaha!!! Here are a few pics...
To be honest, there is no rhyme or reason why I keep the stickers on other than I rarely wear most of my watches... Here is a video I filmed a number of years ago peeling said stickers off my 218235 with a fellow forum member ;-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFQ3MGISv9k

I wonder how long it takes for a Rolex employee to put those stickers on.

If you can't afford the scratches, you can't afford the watch.

Me, too. Seen some working class people wearing their first sports coat with the cloth label still on. At least I assume it is their first sports coat.
