A very nice gift for a true Rolex and timepiece aficionado. For some reason (and correct me if I am mistaken) for the longest time, I've always thought of women wearing men's Rolexes as a Hollywood fashionista statement and all for show. While that may be the case (in certain instances), I've also come to realize that the greater dial visibility is of a certain advantage regardless of gender. Does this indicate that the classic 26mm women's Rolex design is eventually on its way out?

I'm thinking I will need a box soon, and the one you have is very practical!

I think the dial is so small on the 26 mm and once I bought the BLNR, I absolutely could not go back. The BLNR is very bulky though and sits high. I bought the 16610 Sub and found it more comfortable, so I bought the 16613 Serti which I wear most often. The Daytona 116500 is also very comfortable.

I can tell you there are still many women wearing the smaller watches but they are not usually the under 40 crowd. Most of my contemporaries and younger are all wearing larger watches. Michael Kors seems to be the most popular. I like the fact that the sports watches have the Lume so if I wake up in the middle of the night I can see the time. Even the 1998 Serti Lume is still very visible.

In the future I would like a TT Daytona, a Yacht Master and perhaps a JLC, but nothing over 40 mm.

Thank you, I think it came from Dillards. I can not remember the brand.
