Daytona chronograph needle bent
I've had my Daytona for about 7 years and it's been working wonderfully (and still is)... went to reset my watch for a time zone change the other day after getting off a flight and noticed that, for some bizarre reason, the chronograph needle was bent! I took it to my local Rolex store, where one watch mechanic claimed that I had opened the watch and bent it (which is obviously preposterous), and another mechanic claimed that it was caused by a large magnet (and I haven't been around one). Has anyone seen this happen before? What caused this to happen? What should I do? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I joined this site just to hear other Rolex owners' input! Thanks!
