Sometimes in life......ignorance is bliss. This is definitely one of those sometimes! There have only been a small handful of times when I've looked back and regretted a particular night out from a spend perspective. Figure that's a minor "occupational hazard" for the myriad number of times I've had great meals and drinking festivities.......

Why bother. It would only add fuel to the fodder for certain detractors. While some of my OPs may appear offbeat, others have been relatively 'down to earth' simply reflecting everyday life in general. Our existence is mercurial at best.

That's kind of a harsh commentary and somewhat narrow in perspective. Not everyone who hangs out in a dive bar is a deadbeat. Some were college students and others blue-collar workers. Deadbeats have been known to patronize upscale bars as well. They just dress better.
