It's a shame, two years ago two NYPD officers were on break in their squad car and assassinated. I'll never forget that event unfortunately, because of smart phone video, the EMT trying to perform CPR on the one officer, when it was clear he was dead with the amount of blood on the pavement. With the amount of crazies, squad cars should have bulletproof glass/armor nowadays.

Hey Mark, thanks for lending a hand. I worked with a lot of reserve officers. They were invaluable. Like you said being so short staffed. Major respect for doing a dirty thankless job for free.

Hey Tim!!! Remember our phone conversation the other day, well I just read NYC is spending 1.3 mil. To retro fit 73 command vehicles with bulletproof armor!!!
