Different Calibre, no seconds hand, slimmer, 39mm vs 41mm, light weight, AP logo @6, Rotor, Tapisserie difference..........

I own the same 15202ST and love it. These are getting very difficult to come by now as AP is putting these movements into gold model and sells at much higher MSRP.
