I'm guessing since you got yours on launch day you're a very good customer! Seems a bit ridiculous to be withholding papers from such good customers, but nevermind. Seems this is the new Rolex way!

Well done. I had the call last night and pick mine up next week when back from hols. Managed to see all of new releases at the Aurum launch on the 9th where they had some dummies to try on that night.
