There are so many, where do you even start. Unfortunately, once I find things moving into the 8k+ territory, I start loosing the enjoyment quite a bit. I guess I’m 10yrs too late to the party, but then again, 10yrs ago I could never have even dreamed of buying a decent watch

I reckon the 14060M 4 liner has a decent chance. Wasn't in production for very long. The traditional and original (no-date) Sub never goes out of fashion.

Every sport watch from the 90s is 904L/Tritium.

The thing with watch investments is that they have to at least double in price within say 5-years to be worth it since transaction costs are so high.
