Sure looks fake, and would not be done by a soon to be ex-wife it would be a girl friend who did not hang around long enough to get entitlement (ex-wife would be likely to take a settlement). This of course is all stereotypical behaviour, it could well be a Lesbian couple, we should not jump to the conclusion the hypothetical cheater was indeed male.
