Rolex SeaDweller 126600 Anniversary

Hello

I'm looking for advise.
Is the SeaDweller 126600 Anniversary like the Green Submariner a future collectible reference?
I was told the Seadweller Mark I Anniversary was produced only one year ( the version without crown in between Swiss made). Is that true? If so how many of them were produced?
Would you consider it as a sort of investment in terms of value retain?
I’ve been offered a new one full set with Stickers
Thanks in advance for the answers and advice
