I think that color looks great- I think they all do, and it's just personal taste. There's a definitely an over hype factor with the blue dial. You should not feel like you settled for second best.

I thought this also. I was so drawn to the blue and everyone I showed the options to loved the blue. I think the photos on the Rolex site make it look amazing. But I always had black in the back of my mind and am happy with it.

I would like a sub next but they seem to be really challenging to find....

Great looking watch. Honestly, I think any of the Datejust 41 dials looks great. You got the coolest combo of fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet. Enjoy.

Slight update regarding my watch as I changed to the Oyster Bracelet. I'm a T shirt and Jeans at best type of guy and felt a little more sport was in order. Frankly I love every single combo of the DJ41... If anyone is ever one the fence with which bracelet to order think of what you do and wear most days... toned down is always my preference :)

Did you source a new bracelet in addition to the jubilee?

Congratulations on your great looking DJ41! I'm really liking the fluted & oyster combo which looks sharp with any dial. Enjoy it in good health. Cheers!
