Reminds me of a movie which scared the hell out of me when it came out. Had nightmares for years.

But I find that the most effective method of all is to draw a watch on paper to wear daily and leave real one in the safe.

My stupid ass ex-father-in-law used to wear a fake Datejust and kept the real one in his safe.

Dude you just kept going haha I love it. I mean, this is jewelry, end of story. Still I could use something like that when I break my wrist and need some support but still want to protect my man jewelry.

Padi. Hey that product not only protects a “tool”’s tool, but also checks your blood pressure.

Is it Safe Yes It its.

Padi’s Prayer set to Pachebel’s Canon

Is it safe threads,
Please God give me strength.

With today's Rolex wearers with special crystal buff clothes,

Special Rolex shampoo, special watch resting cloths.

Please Rolex bring back the tool watches,
And wearers of yesterdays past years.

According to many on the net you can never be overly paranoid with Rolex watches as they are quite fragile if you wear them or take them out of the box,

That's what some posts seem to portray on forum lately.

These ultimate Rolex watch protectors will protect your watch from the harmful rays from the moon,

And the ultraviolet radiation from the sun, if you dare taking your Rolex out of its box and going outdoors.

And will further protect it from very harmful specks of dust,

And god forbid any finger marks on case or crystal.

Please God give me strength.

Steve: this should be a sticky methinks

I do agree with you Peter but to be fair when a white dial Ceramic Daytona sells for Aus$30000 I can understand why some may be careful with it.

Hope your are well.

I know you are a very well liked and respected individual here but just about every post I’ve ever seen you write is quite negative. Seems like this forum just annoys the you know what out of you.

I’m new here, but these were my thoughts exactly. That this seems like a miserable individual. All posts are sarcastic, cynical, negative, and convey a general dislike for the forum. What’s the point?

As you said, you're new here. This forum has changed dramatically in the past couple of years. Peter is a gem and this forum will be a much diminished place in his absence.

I agree with you, but also with the poster you quote, it does get old hearing all the negativity. Why subject ones self to something that makes them miseralble.

Stay strong Peter, someday perhaps this forum will return to talking about the love of watches.

Until then I have stopped reading most threads and I spend far less time here than I used to.
