I’ve had to send my Diver back once and my Safari back twice to Clearwater for servicing. The watches are about 7-8 years old. Betsy and everyone I’ve dealt with at the Clearwater facility have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve never had any issues with my other watches. Despite that, whenever I entertain the thought of selling these watches I just put them back on and instantly fall in love again! I haven’t had any issues since last service for either of them. Just fantastic timepieces! As others have said I wouldn’t let that one issue ruin the brand or watch for you. I love your 26405CE. Keep it and enjoy!

My ceramic 44mm ROO had the top pusher fail. That was the third time it had to go in for service in less than a year.

I get the whole "AP Clearwater service is good" comment but for $35,000?

Sold and not missed.

Received email stating turn around time of 4 weeks. Depending on how things go, I may just turn around and sell. Anyone interested in a 26405CE feel free to reach out. Thinking of just sticking with Rolex from now onwards. Will keep you posted...

If you feel the experience has sullied your desire for the brand as a whole, then do just that…but do you not think you’re cutting your nose off to spite your face?
What about the diver ROOs? What about a ROC instead, if it must be a chronograph?
Sure, forget about the ROOCs, but don’t be so hasty as to throw the baby out with the bath water!

Yeah, that style of pusher is only on the 44 - however the brand new 42 has a similar design so who knows what will happen with that one.

Yes, many changes. Simply pointing out it inherits similar pushers to the broken ones that are being reported on the 44.

Have two ROO's that I wear almost daily, collecting a third soon - knock on wood haven't had any issues yet.
