I've been to Cayman many times and shopped at Kirk Freeport each time I was there. So far I've purchased two watches (Omega and IWC) and wife has bought 6 different jewelry pieces from their Cartier boutique. Each time was a pleasant experience. I would have pulled the trigger on an Explorer II this past August, but alas did not have in stock. Either downtown or at the Ritz where we were staying. Of course, everyone has their own unique experience and opinions, so I can only speak to mine and confirm that I've had nothing but good ones.
