I have visited 3 ADs in the past few days and all had sparse cabinets with the watches spaced out to make it appear like they had more stock.
All of them said supply from Rolex is the same but demand is still very strong.

Does Rolex send out batches of similar models to all AD's on a monthly basis or is it random?

The UK has a permanent SS shortage. I think you Brits did something to piss off Rolex...I'll try to find out what.

Depends what you want. WOS in bank had a blue DJ41 fluted with oyster in the display and rhodium. Apparently they have had quite a few in recently. Compared to most places they seem to be doing well. I had the blue on but didn’t get it.

Just went to over a dozen AD’s in Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar.
As it relates to SS sports..........

Empty cases at AD can explain that.

Anecdotally we’ve seen more incomings as of late but still nothing like when I first joined

I passed by an AD and saw three sport models displayed in the windows: SS YM2, CHNR GMT, and Two tone Submariner. I know these are not that hot and selling too much over retail in the market but I was still pretty stunned.

Definitely seems like there are more incomings for sure. Why that is the case, I have no idea

I'd have to imagine that AD's will receive inventory as the holidays near. Rolex can't leave them empty during the busiest shopping season of the year. At least this is what my AD is claiming.
