They will polish the watch up to a factory standard. The issue with polishing a watch, is that it can remove the sharper edges which is an inherent risk (others will argue differently). To me I don’t care, I’m not here to sell the watch to make a profit. This is my watch and it’s not going anywhere so it will be polished to factory finish, and bracelet with be brushed the same.

I got a full service recently and got a great deal I paid $565USD and the crystal was replaced too

It was a 2008 sub and first time serviced it was 2019 when I did it

Update... watch came back in today. Total cost for the overhaul was 883.40 W/ replacement of the crystal. Very happy, Rolex brought back the chamfered edges, and brushed everything perfectly.

Start to finish. 1/7/20- 2/6/20

Feels brand new besides hold off of them touching the dial and hands which I didn’t want. Otherwise brand new again and love it.
