Castro was a huge fan of the brand. In the early days of his regime he reportedly wore two watches; one on Havana time, one on Moscow time.
He also gifted Rolex watches to friends and government officials. He famously gifted Che Guevara a 1675 Pepsi that is now in the possession of the retired CIA agent who was part of the team that captured/executed him in Bolivia in 1967. Apparently Che wore his in a more conventional style....... che.jpg

The proper way to wear your Rolex.
One watch at a time on one wrist.

lol! Was that the actual response from Rolex?
How uncharacteristically tongue-in-cheek of Rolex. Could it be possible that someone at Rolex actually has a sense of humor? |

Yes. I repeated Rolex's response verbatim.

For $9,000 on a Submariner, I’ll wear it however I feel like it.

Is this really a thing? Wear your watch however you find it to be comfortable. Everyone’s wrist is a different size and shape.

An excellent article on Bob's Watches states that a Rolex should be worn "above the wrist, not on it. I'm sorry I was unable to locate the article. I tried.

It depends. Are you wearing it with a suit or tux, or is it being worn casual ie T shirt, shorts and Croc's? Office or on the beach?
Am sure someone has a matrix they can post to show how it must be worn relating degree of 'slackness' to dress and occasion... My general rule is I wear it on the wrist. At my age its difficult to bend down to read a watch on my ankle.. Sorry I don't mean to offend but I can't take this thread seriously and hope the OP posted in jest... |

The correct answer is “anywhere on your person and NOT in a safe”

No wrist is like the other. To each his own preference when it comes to wrist comfort.
I personally can’t wear my watches loose or bellow wrist bone. I don’t even tolerate seeing a watch being worn as a bracelet, dangling around the back of the hand, it irritates me :-) It takes me some time and adjustments to find the sweet spot of each watch, my wrist upper surface is not flat but rather twisted with muscles developed by tennis and biking. With the glidelock system of my SD43 the task became so simple. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

proper way to wear
It seems a bit loose is fashionable for some. If you want the watch to show below cuff then wear accordingly. If this is not your style then you could wear it more snug and centered on the wrist.

i think super high looks equally bad. but it's your wrist/watch, go with your gut |
