How do you store your booklets, warranty cards, tags, links?

I keep all mine in the box room.

The leather wallet goes in the safe with warranty card, instruction book, spare links and purchase receipt. Everything else goes in the box and into storage. In each box I've put a printed sheet with a picture of the watch, model number, nickname (if appropriate) and purchase date.

Guarantee cards in safe. All other papers in their respective boxes locked away.

Mine are in the boxes, in a closet, somewhere. I haven’t laid eyes on them in years.

Booklets and plastic bezel protector went in the trash can along with the stickers. Warranty card is in the closet and when it expires it’s going in the trash as well. No clue where the boxes are. Likely in a closet somewhere.

during my search for the ultimate accuracy , I found the secrete recipe for it.

If I put my warranty cards and other Rolex stuff in the Rolex box and store it in a well ventilated cabin my watch accuracy seems to be around plus 0.1 day. But when my wife changed its location it looks like its effecting all the mechanism dramatically. Its as if like my watch crying :( its acts very emotional.

I always keep paperwork together, so not to lose a card. But i never leave everything in the box. Boxes get pinched. If it gets stolen, you can always buy a box for cheap. Paperwork is unique. It goes in the safe, takes little room and is safe.
Worse way to store a watch is in its box, full set, outside of a safe. That's just saying to a thief : i saved you the trouble in case of resell, just take the box and have it all

Yes but then you are covered, and that's a more serious theft, police involved and a decent enquiry. They often don't bother for simple theft.

All in all if at gunpoint, open the safe, who cares what gets stolen, you are still alive.

In the boxes , all put inside big Ikea flat boxes. every big box has de humidifier to remove moisture. Hope makesense

I don’t see it as “risky” in the sense that, who cares if a thief gets your watch AND the paperwork, as opposed to just the watch?

However, I do keep the paperwork separate and hidden in the loft, purely because of the tendency of insurance companies (in the U.K. at least) to use absolutely any minuscule excuse not to pay out if they can weasel out of it. Possession of B&P in the event of theft means that you can prove beyond any doubt you owned the watches.
