Yes,except for circumstances that can inflict severe scratches .I dont need to proof how tough a Rolex is,many have done that for decades before me.

Sleeping and showering... not for any reason other than comfort. Drying the watch and under the bracelet each time I shower is a pain - easier to just take the watch off and put it back on right after I am dry. I'm not worried about the water/soap though as some others are.

Yes, 24/7, take off only in shower but sometimes I take a bath with my watch on, I sleep with my watch on because I wake up several times at night and check time easy that way, I do not practice any extreme sport o activity, I walk or run sometimes with my watch on of course. (SD43). My watch is in very good condition because I take care all the time of not bang it against walls or doors.

Take mine off for gym, rowing, sleep and showers. Have a golf watch - for golf! and a Casio for manual work.
