Thanks for the replies guys. I’m currently thinking of just adding instead of trading. Just waiting for the right price and the right model I don’t want to just buy any offshore and want to pick a color/style I think is more versatile.

good move...the I had a diver on a 6.5" wrist..while I started down this watch thing with Panerai and wore a 47mm for a while..I am down to the Daytona and GMT as dailies are they are just more wearable...loved the style of AP..just could not do it day in and out..

I have a 26400SO bought in 2013 for sale if you are interested (located in LA) :). The watch is in excellent condition (9/10 in my honest opinion) w/ protection firm applied to the watch. I am new to this forum so don't know how to post pictures.... but if you are interested feel free to DM and I can email you pictures.

Best,

As for durability, the APD is my one & only daily wearer.

Gets looked after, and respected as a mechanical object, but wear for just about everything.

I'm considering replacing my 116500LN with a 15710.ST and you are not helping me with such great pictures. Damn enablers...

Depends on what else I had.

My Offshore gets a lot more wear than my Daytona (116519). But they are part of a collection so I don’t need versatility in a single watch.

If part of a collection, I would trade. The Offshore is so much more special than the Daytona (I also had a 116500 for about 18 months). If an only watch, keep the Daytona.

I have both and I agree that the AP ROO feels more special. However, the Daytona is far more versatile. It goes well with shorts and T-shirt to suits. The ROO is my favorite weekend watch.
