OP, only you can determine what's a fair price to pay.

Grey market dealers are willing to pay a fat premium over MSRP for the Pepsi, because their customers are willing to give them a profit on top of that. This alone should tell you that MSRP is not a fair market value, but rather really discounted.

Some of us had to build relationships, some of us got lucky, some of us paid a little over MSRP, some of us paid a lot higher. That said, very, very few of us actually dwell on the price that we paid. And for what it's worth, look at the history of TRF users who keep speculating that the so-called "bubble" will "pop." You'll find threads that date back years and years. Well, nothing has changed.
